You may request a replacement within 7 days of delivery in case of a physically damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging and accessories included.

If your replacement request is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs. After the item is returned, we will process and ship the replacement as quickly as possible.

To initiate a replacement, simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the "Replace Item(s)" button. We will notify you via e-mail once your replacement request is processed and approved.
