Shipping Policy

All ready to ship items will be dispatched from our end within 48-72 hours . However there can be slight delays in deliveries owing to the lockdown restrictions set up by your city or state. Please note if your area comes under – Only Essential Deliveries : Your package will dispatch once courier companies start accepting packages to your pincode

Delivery time for Preorder orders placed is currently 3-14 working days. We are experiencing slight heavy delays in shipments since Factories are allowed to operate at 10% capacity due to COVID as per the government regulations

For International Shipping, Please use cashfree payment gateway at checkout 

General Policy: 
At AUSHA, Orders are usually shipped within 7-10 working days after placement. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes 5-7working days for the order to reach you based on your location.Weekends are non working at AUSHA. 

Locations of delivery:
Metros: Please allow 2-4 working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 4-5 working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch. We Use Premium Delhivery Services and you will receive tracking details by Sms Upon Dispatch. We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed incase of any unforseen delay with your order. Certain Items are Ready to Dispatch in 24 Hours and can be delivered faster.
