USHA – Returns & Exchange Policy

At AUSHA, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable after-sales service. This Returns & Exchange Policy explains the terms for replacement, warranty, returns, and refunds. By purchasing an AUSHA product, you agree to the following terms:


1. Replacement Policy (7 Days)

  • Customers may request a replacement within 7 calendar days of delivery only if:

    • The product was received in damaged condition at delivery.

    • The wrong product was shipped.

    • The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect on arrival (DOA – Dead on Arrival).

  • Conditions for Exchange/Replacement:

    • The product must first be returned to AUSHA’s service center for inspection and verification.

    • Replacement will be approved only after AUSHA’s technical team confirms the issue.

    • The decision of AUSHA regarding whether the product qualifies for replacement is final and binding.

  • No automatic exchange/replacement will be granted under any circumstance.

  • Not Eligible for Replacement:

    • Any product found to be physically damaged, scratched, tampered with, or modified.

    • Issues arising due to incorrect installation, improper usage, or exposure to water, dust, fire, electrical surges, or accidents.

    • Products that have been opened, serviced, or repaired by unauthorized service providers.


2. Warranty Coverage (1 Year)

All AUSHA products include a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Covers:

  • Only manufacturing defects in material or workmanship confirmed by AUSHA.

Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Physical damage, breakage, cracks, or dents.

  • Tampering, forced resetting, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Water, dust, or liquid ingress.

  • Damage caused by mishandling, negligence, or environmental factors.

  • Consumables such as batteries, cables, and accessories.

  • Any product with a defaced or missing serial number.

⚠️ Important: If the customer chooses to get the product repaired outside AUSHA’s authorized service centers, the warranty becomes void immediately.


3. Return & Refund Policy

  • AUSHA does not offer refunds except in the rare case where:

    • A replacement unit is unavailable, and

    • The issue is confirmed by AUSHA’s technical team as a manufacturing defect.

  • Refund Conditions:

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be initiated only after the product has been received at AUSHA’s service center.

    • AUSHA’s technical team must conduct a complete inspection and approval of the returned product.

    • Only after written approval from AUSHA will the refund process begin.

    • Refund approval is at the sole discretion of AUSHA and is final.


4. Refund Timeline & Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days of confirmation.

  • Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the customer’s bank/payment provider. AUSHA shall not be liable for delays once the refund has been initiated.

  • Customers will be notified via email upon refund initiation.


5. Return Process & Logistics Cost Responsibility

  • For valid claims (manufacturing defect, wrong item, DOA):

    • AUSHA will arrange pickup at no cost to the customer OR reimburse standard courier charges if pickup is unavailable.

  • For out-of-warranty cases, customer mishandling, physical damages, or paid repairs:

    • The customer must bear the cost of sending the product to AUSHA’s service center.

    • Return shipping after repair will be arranged by AUSHA on a chargeable basis unless otherwise specified.

  • Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage in transit. AUSHA will not be responsible for damages caused due to poor packaging during return shipping.


6. Liability Limitation

  • AUSHA’s liability is strictly limited to repair, replacement, or refund (where applicable) in accordance with this policy.

  • Under no circumstances shall AUSHA be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business loss, or loss of usage.

  • The maximum liability of AUSHA shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product.


7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana only.
