Q: How do I transfer footage to my computer? A: You can transfer footage to your computer by removing the SD card from the dash cam and using a card reader, or by connecting the dash cam to your computer using the included USB cable. You can also transfer footage to your phone using the Cloud DVR mobile app.
Q: Can I use the dash cam in multiple vehicles? A: Yes, the dash cam can be easily transferred between vehicles, as long as each vehicle has a compatible power source for the dash cam. However, we recommend purchasing additional mounts and power cables for each vehicle to avoid damage to the dash cam.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
